Refunds
If you need to cancel your tour, the following conditions apply:
- Up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour:
No cancellation fee is charged, except for non-refundable credit card processing fees (typically 3%). - Less than 24 hours before the tour or no-show:
100% of the tour fee is non-refundable. - If you need to cancel your booking, please get in touch with us via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
